Component & Function

A. Blender: Before the raw material enters the extruder, it is necessary to mix the raw material GPPS granules and auxiliary materials, such as talc powder, HIPS granules and color additives, brightening additives, etc. The blender is fully automatic. You just flip the switch to make all the ingredients mix better.


B. Hopper: Materials are mixed and sucked into the hopper.


C. Extruder: mainly used to heat granular materials into liquid state.


D. Hydraulic mesh changer device: If recycled materials are used, there will be dirty things inside. Mesh changer can filter impurities into No. 2 extruder.


E. No. 2 extruder: Used to heat and cool liquid materials and extrude ps sheet rolls required.


F. Shaping cylinder cooling air ring: used for water cooling, air cooling and ps roll. You can then cut from the bottom or from the sides to get different sizes of ps rolls.


G. Traction device: After the ps sheet is formed, it needs to be drawn to the traction device to make it better flat. This device is equipped with alarm device, can count, adjust the speed, eliminate static electricity.


H. Roll up. Finally, winding and packing. Two volumes, can easily change from one volume to another volume, no downtime, no blackouts.

This equipment is an integrated equipment for forming, blanking, receiving and counting, which consists of the following parts: feeding rack - heating part (three sections of heating) - forming part - blanking part - double station manipulator - scrap material winding (or crushing) - double station product conveyor belt.

This machine features: set forming, blanking, receiving, stacking in one, with reliable stability, and forming area is large, easy to operate, forming speed, high degree of automation. The finished products are collected directly in stacks, and the remaining materials are collected neatly or broken. The equipment saves energy consumption in the process of production, increases the safety production coefficient, but also greatly saves the working space, production time and labor force.

Due to the PS sheet in low temperature environment product strength, toughness and heat resistance will be better, according to this property, the machine is divided into three heating control mode, starting from the sheet, from low to high, so that the production quality of products is better.

This machine forming table and blanking table with hydraulic power, closing force is large, fast speed. And the blanking table can move back and forth (electric adjustment), to meet the needs of different sizes of the mold, the die can be fine-tuned around, so that punching more accurate.

Manipulator part: according to the size of the mold, up and down, forward and forward movement (electric regulation), can meet the needs of different sizes of the mold, the manipulator sucker can increase or decrease according to the number of products.
