What is the difference of GPPS Granules and EPS Granules?

As we know, the PS Foam Food Box Main Material is GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene) Granules. It is foamed by Butane Gas or LPG. So, there is butane gas pump needed to inject the gas for foaming.
Before the LPG or Butane Gas injected to NO.1 Extruder, they are liquid state and they can dissolve in the melted liquid GPPS. these liquid state gasses are all can be dissolved in the melted liquid GPPS because they are all refined from petroleum. The function of gas (butane gas or LPG) is let the melted liquid GPPS to have millions of bubbles with different size. The bubbles finally need to be adjusted to appropriate size by talc powder. so that you can get good quality products.
The EPS Foam Cups material is EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) Granules.
It is foamed by steam and air. So, there is boiler and air compressor needed to finish the foaming. Then the small EPS Granules can be foamed to be bigger size to produce different cups, bowls or boxes.
