"1" on behalf of PET polyethylene terephthalate (polyester), the general mineral water, carbonated beverages and functional beverage bottles are made of this material.
A high temperature easily deformed, there may be some dissolve harmful substances on the human body, hot weather, do not put mineral water on the open air or car, do not directly into the PET bottle of boiling water.
It can only heat to 70 ℃, easy to deformation. Only for warm or cold drinks, loaded with high-temperature liquid, or heat is easy to deformation, and release of harmful substances.

No. 2" HDPE commonly used: cleaning supplies, bath products, packaging.
"2" on behalf of HDPE (high density polyethylene), can be carefully reused after cleaning, but these containers are usually not easy to clean, leaving the original cleaning supplies, a hotbed of bacteria, you'd better not cycle. Do not use it as a water cup, or use it as a storage container for food stuff.

"3" PVC commonly used: common raincoats, building materials, plastic film, plasticboxes. Rarely used for food packaging.
"3" on behalf of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), in which the plasticizer containing harmful substances, encountered high temperature and grease easily precipitate, at present, many plasticizers in Europe has been banned, and China is relatively small In the packaging of plastic food products;
This material plasticity good, cheap, so the use of very common. Only heat 81 ℃, high temperature prone to harmful substances, and even the process of manufacturing will release toxic substances. If the food into the human body, may cause breast cancer, neonatal birth defects and other diseases. Containers of this material have been less used for packaging food. If used, do not let it heat. Difficult to clean and easy residue, do not cycle. Do not use for food packaging.

"4" LDPE commonly used: plastic wrap, plastic film.
"4" on behalf of LDPE (low density polyethylene), the current market, plastic wrap, plastic film, mostly with this material.
heat resistance is not strong, qualified PE cling film in the temperature exceeds 110 ℃ will appear hot Melting phenomenon, wrapped with plastic wrap heating food, food fat is easy to cling film dissolved in the harmful substances out. Therefore, the food into the microwave oven, first remove the wrapped plastic wrap. High temperature produces harmful substances, toxic substances into the body with food, may cause breast cancer, neonatal birth defects and other diseases.

"5" PP commonly used: microwave lunch boxes.
"5" on behalf of the PP (polypropylene), microwave lunch boxes made of this material, resistant to 130 ℃ high temperature, poor transparency, some lunch boxes to PP manufacturing, the lid is to PS (polystyrene) PS transparency is good, but not high temperature, it cannot be put into the box together with the microwave;
Use: common soy milk bottles, yogurt bottles, fruit juice bottles, microwave lunch boxes. Melting point up to 167 ℃, is the only safe into the microwave plastic box, can be reused after careful cleaning. Note that some microwave lunch boxes, box to 5 PP manufacturing, but the lid is to No. 1 PET manufacturing, PET cannot withstand high temperatures, it cannot be put into the microwave with the box.
Note: When placing in a microwave oven, remove the cover.

"6" PS commonly used: bowl of instant noodles, fast food box.
"6" on behalf of PS (polystyrene), which is used to make the bowl made of instant noodles, foam fast food box material, heat and cold, but cannot be placed in the microwave to avoid the high temperature and release of chemicals.

"7" Other: Other categories, including PC (polycarbonate), etc: baby bottles and space cups
PC can be used to make bottles, plastic cup space cups.
Partially containing bisphenol, A, high temperature or exposure to sunlight may release toxins. It is recommended to avoid heating and direct sunlight.
