Thirdly, we have good and long times after-sales service. This is the important part because client have too many questions and they need technician to assist then resolve the problem in time and they can meet with many questions because they are not very familiar with the new machine.
Now we mainly provide service by WeChat and WhatsApp talking. If still have doubt, we also have video call by set a fixed time. If still have doubt, engineer also can visit clients' factory to have face to face direction.
