Component
A. Feeding Hopper: It is used to take the material enter into the extruder
B. Motor and Reducer: It is used to heat and rotate the extruder.
C. Mold: By changing different mold, you can get different products such as fruit net with different size.
D. Cutter: By adjusting the speed of cutter, you can adjust the length of each products.
E. Temperature Cabinet: All heating zone temperature will be showed on the screen so that you can adjust the appropriate temperature to get good quality products as your client’s requirement.
F. Butane Gas Pump. The raw material is LDPE Granules. After heating and it need to be foamed by butane gas. So we need butane gas pump to inject butane after heating the material to be liquid.
Products
Fruit net: Some small net is for small fruit such as the plum and big net is for big products such as the water melon. Each net also can be set different threads. All these can be produced by changing different mold.
Vegetables Net: In the supermarket we can see many products are packed by net. It is used for transportation and also can let the vegetables not be damaged and influence the buyer need.
EPE Foam Rod: It is for the sofa or other different building products.

What is the material to produce PS Foam Food Box and EPS Foam Cups?
The PS Foam Food Box Material is GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene) Granules. It is foamed by Butane Gas. So there is butane gas pump needed to inject the gas for foam.The EPS Foam Cups material is EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) Granules. It is foamed by steam and air. So there is boiler and air compressor needed.
