PS Foam Sheet Extruder is mainly used to produce the PS Foam Sheet/Roll which is widely used to produce the PS Foam Fast Food Container,Box, Cake Tray,Plate Supermarket Tray, KT Board and Bowl etc. It is widely used in the packing of Food, Fruit,Industrial Products , Advertising and so on.
The extruding machine mainly use the General Purpose Polystyrene(GPPS) Granules as the raw material and use Butane Gas as the Foam Agent, the Talc Powder,High Impact Polystyrene(HIPS) Granules as the Auxiliary Material.
Through the Mixing System, GPPS Granules and Talc Powder according to the Formula to mix together. Using the Feeding System suck the material which has a good mix in proportion.
After motor driven, the mixed material enter into the 1# Screw. The outside of the screw installed the Heating Tiles with the Casting Aluminum Material. Then the mixed material is heated and plasticized into liquid.
At the same time, when the mixed material is heated and plasticized, there is one set Butane Gas Pump which is mainly used to inject the Butane Gas (Foaming Agent) into the 1# Screw in liquid form.
The Butane Gas Cylinder and the Nitrogen Cylinder is installed out of the workshop in order to ensure safety. The Explosion-proof motor is installed on the Butane Gas Pump and there is a Pressure Gauge.They are controlled by the Frequency Exchanger. On the 1# Screw,there is also one pressure gauge. So we can control the Butane Gas Pump Work safely.
There is an Automatic Hydraulic Filter Exchanger installed .It is mainly used to filter the Impurity in the material (It mainly refer to the Recycling Material).
The Filter is controlled by the Hydraulic Station which connected the Small Control Cabinet to control the up and down of the filter.You also can set the pressure and when the pressure is up to the set number, it will change the filter automatically.
Then liquid material which going through the filtering enter into the 2# Screw. There is water pipe inside the screw. The water is mainly used to cool the liquid material so that it can be better extruded from the mold head. There is a pressure gauge on the mold head to control the extruding pressure to keep security.
After extruding ,there is an Air Ring and Fan to cool the extruded sheet. Through the Fixing Drum shaped and cooled.
Below the fixing drum,there is a knife to cut the sheet into expanded and let our labors haul the sheet to the Hauling Off Unit. There is Static Eliminator in this unit. The speed and sheet length can be setted by the small controller.When it reaches to the setted length. The Automatic Alarm will alarm.
At last, the labor roll the sheet to the rolling unit. When they hear the alarm and the length is enough. They need to control the foot switch which can control the Electric and Air and cut the sheet, at the same time, roll the sheet to another rolling unit. Then get the finished products and packing.
